Bouncers high gloss wooden car wax packaging

For a limited edition promotion, we made two styles of packaging high gloss wooden boxes for this luxury car wax. Using a similar overall design and size for consistency, in a gloss black ash finish, we used a lift off lid design and a simple hinged lid design. The lift off lid box is made from a solid block of timber, machined to house the wax and held shut with magnets. The hinged lid design utilizes mitred seamless construction and using our discreet simple barrel hinges and magnets to close the lid, it replicates the solid block box. As a suite of Packaging high gloss products both boxes are finished with the high gloss, but not so heavy as to lose the all important grain of the box. A deliberate choice and the best of both worlds and a subtle black laser engraved logo finishes these wonderful boxes off to perfection.
