Full Description
A development project for a wooden food board incorporating taco holders for an international restaurant food chain. Produced using strong and durable rubberwood to make these boards last within a busy restaurant environment. Samples were co-produced with a quirky yet functional design. Finished in food safe oils these unique boards were also produced with recessed carry handles for easy transport to the table. Branded with our precision laser engraving the logo was burnt into the wood (optional paint infills available).Our manufacturing facility in Warrington, Cheshire is tailored to accommodate large and small runs for manufacturing. We can accommodate anything from large retail displays to small wooden bespoke boxes easily. With a bank of 5 laser engraving machines and 8 fully equipped spray booths. 6 CnC machines and skilled wood machinists, craftsmen and women and an expansive manufacturing area and production facility to produce large order such as a food board shown above. Able to use our 38+ years of wood manufacturing expertise to co-design and vary specification to meet most budgets we have a wealth of knowledge, staff and equipment at your disposal.
