Full Description
The brief for Taylor Walker was to make a promotional sign with the style of a barrel end. We looked at various options and the end product was this stylised version of a barrel end, made from solid rubberwood and finished with patinas and lacquers to create an aged look. Giving the sign a gravitas and heritage and replicating the antique rustic mode. A premium and extremely robust product this promotional sign was precision laser engraved and branded before being aged. Replicating the antique and aged look using traditional construction methods and utilizing the skillsets of our experienced skilled woodworkers. In our dedicated spray shop it is second nature to us in replicating the aged theme as it becomes more and more popular with clients.
Everyone appreciates something old and well made that stand the tests of time and we produce quality items day in and day out. We have a manufacturing facility with a bank of 5 trotec lasers engraving machines, a dedicated spray shop with multiple booths fully equipped and staffed. As well as screen printing beds and multitudes of wood machining equipment including rotary engravers and multiple CnC machines in our factory unit in Warrington.
