The Glenglassaugh 55 Year Old “Coalescence of the Coast” presentation box was built as a collectible object in its own right: a sculpted, luxury case crafted from ash and precision engineered using CNC engraving to achieve crisp detail, clean symmetry, and a flawless fit worthy of an ultra-rare release.

Inspired by the undulating shoreline of Sandend Bay, the carved form echoes wave-like movement and coastal erosion—an inviting, tactile surface that draws you in before the lid even lifts. A carefully integrated accent of natural serpentine marble from Portsoy adds depth and authenticity, grounding the design in the landscape that shaped the spirit.

Inside, the box is designed around a bespoke crystal decanter by Glencairn—a purpose-built cradle that protects, presents, and elevates the decanter like a gallery plinth. Created through close collaboration with the Brown-Forman agency team and Glencairn Crystal Studio, every detail is intentional: the story, the structure, the finish, and the reveal—luxury whisky packaging that turns unboxing into ceremony.
