We produced wooden presentation cases in mahogany for a famous jockey. A shoulder style premium presentation box for showcasing a book and a certificate. This wooden box for the A.P McCoy project kept the same finish as the deluxe box but in a standardised design. A design that could be replicated across future unrelated projects. Using a wooden shoulder box design, so the lift off lid reveals the internal shoulder when shut, it creates a stylish modern feel.
Using a traditional mahogany finish for the outside, and a sleek green smooth lacquered shoulder created a nice organic feel. The internals use a lift out tray of card lined HD foam for the certificate, and the bottom lined with HD foam to hold a book. The lid is laser etched with the A.P. logo to create a classy subtle burnt branding and then the whole box is lacquered to a lovely satin finish to seal the branding and the wood.
